At Nutrition for the Whole Family, I focus on supporting optimal reproductive and family health with a focus on infertility, pregnancy, postpartum and child health. I also specialize in helping people thrive on special diets such as gluten-free, specific carbohydrate diet and others. I use the powerful tools of whole foods nutrition to help clients address health issues such as high cholesterol, insulin resistance, high blood pressure, heart health, depression & anxiety, and environmental illness.

Fertility and Preconception
including food, supplements, lifestyle and environmental changes that enhance fertility (male and female) and prepare for a healthy pregnancy, as well as coaching for lesbian and non-traditional conception. Also provide timing and charting consulting.
